Eterna always works with our companies as a committed partner, collaborating with senior management and other owners. We can operate as a majority or minority stakeholder.

Eterna has accrued considerable experience in working with specialist technology companies in a state of growth. We assist the companies on issues such as strategic planning, internationalisation, corporate acquisitions and staffing/recruitment of key personnel. At all times, we work to a concrete plan setting out how we want to develop each individual holding.

 

Eterna takes the long view with all its holdings, because we believe that lasting value is created through sustained strategic work. In other words, there is no explicit exit strategy, since we see our holdings as companies that we will be living with for a long period of time. For most of our holdings, our eventual aim is to become the main owner in order to best support the company, but we also have good experience of working with other ownership constellations.
